We are excited that we shall soon be welcoming a new Deacon to All Saints as he spends his curacy year at All Saints with Revd David serving as his training incumbent.

The official announcmeent states: “God willing and the people consenting, the Rt Rev Dr Nicholas Bundock will ordain Stephen Parratt to the transitional diaconate on 27 September 2026. Stephen will then serve as curate of All Saints, Bearsden.

“The ordination will take place at St Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Park Road, Milngavie G62 6PJ, beginning at 7pm (white stole). All are welcome!”

Revd David said: “This is an exciting new era for us at All Saints, with Stephen’s arrival coming shortly after the announcement of the Revd Dr Kevin Francis joining us formally as Associate Priest. We look forward to having Stephen with us and to benefitting from his considerable experience in the Baptist church.

“It is a new adventure and we all look forward to developing the ministry team and our work together as All Saints.”
